Job Description
The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Person to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for light maintenance and general upkeep of the dealership and its grounds.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean work environment inside of our dealership.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of our lot and grounds.
- Assist all departments in clean up as necessary.
- General building maintenance as needed.
- Maintain landscaping and lawn work as needed.
- Performs minor repairs as needed.
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and legal manner.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Should possess a high school diploma.
- Experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must have a Valid driver's license.
- Must have a clean driving history.
- Mechanical aptitude is recommended.
- Construction/carpentry/plumbing/general building maintenance experience is a plus.
