Aymee Cunningham

Breaking Traditions

Aymee Cunningham's grandmother drove a truck before women commonly did. This sparked the young service advisor to follow her dreams, too. Jumping in feet-first with TLG and a male-dominated industry, Aymee has gained confidence in herself and excels at electrical troubleshooting. All the while, encouraging others to go after what they want.

"The Larson Group was willing to give a female a chance. I had heard they were really good to work for, and really family-oriented, which has turned out to be spot-on."

Deuce Kauffman

Bringing Ideas to Life

From engineering for Peterbilt Motors Company to Director of New Truck Operations at TLG, Deuce Kauffman has worn many hats with us in the last 17 years. It's safe to say he lives and breathes the Peterbilt brand.

"Customer applications for their equipment is my passion. Understanding their needs and specific details about their business, while showing them their best value, drives TLG to a custom spec that improves their bottom line and establishes us as their credible business partner. Utilizing this approach to design the best fit for a Peterbilt truck to the customer’s business is what I enjoy the most about my role."

Seth Elliott

Building Meaningful Relationships

Seth Elliott started with The Larson Group in 2013 before being promoted to Strategic Account Manager only four years later. Seth is tasked with maintaining and expanding relationships with customers, developing new opportunities for TLG and providing outstanding customer service.

"My favorite part of my job is the interaction with my customers and helping them succeed in their business. Every day is different and all of our customers have different needs. We find solutions to help meet each of those needs."

Danny Raterman

At TLG, we take pride in what we do

Danny Raterman started at The Larson Group in 2012. He is a Service Technician at TLG Peterbilt in O'Fallon, MO, where he is tasked with performing dealer level repairs at the customers' location and on customers' schedule.

"I'm a mobile technician for TLG Peterbilt-Mid-America. I love traveling all over our region and solving problems for customers. A lot of what I do is solving problems an owner or fleet can't figure out. I enjoy meeting new customers and having the freedom of what I do."
