Yes, a resume will be required. In the section after you enter your personal information, you will see an 'upload' screen. Here you can either upload your resume in Microsoft Word or PDF format, or simply enter a text resume.
A cover letter or other supplemental documents like transcripts and certification are not required but highly recommended to help you stand out from the crowd! You can upload these documents on the same page as the resume upload.

After you've applied, an email will be sent acknowledging that your information has been received. At this point, your application will be submitted for review. You will be contacted if you have been selected to undergo the next step in the hiring process or if further information is required.
With questions regarding your application status, you will want to contact the Department Manager (Parts, Service, etc.) of the location you have applied for. You can find a map of all our locations here. Click on the location marker above the location you have applied with to reveal the store's phone number. This will put you in contact with the receptionist. Simply ask them for the manager of the department you are applying for.
If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by a recruiter who will outline that next steps in the process. You may be contacted about other opportunities that align with your profile or interests. You can update your profile at any time by signing in at www.tlgjobs.com.
A message containing a verification code will be sent to the email address you used to apply with a link to sign in at our career page.
