TRP Strafford opened their doors in 2020 as a parts and service location. They are located in Strafford, MO. They utilize Managed Dealer Inventory (MDI) to ensure inventory efficiency and in turn benefit from sales growth and higher service levels. This location uses Online Parts Counter (OPC) to allow their customers to order online 24/7 and create customer loyalty. They have had a great first half of 2022, setting a parts sales record in March and service sales record in May! Parts Manager Dalton Hord said, "Receiving the Store of the Month award means the world to us. Every employee plays an important role, and we wouldn't be as successful without each person stepping up and putting the customer first, whether they need a new part, salvage part, or service work done.
