They are located in the North Charleston sub market, 12 miles northwest of downtown Charleston. This location adds a retail purchase and delivery point closer to the downtown market to pair with the group’s parts and service dealership thirty miles up the road. TRP Charleston has a beautifully merchandised retail showroom that creates a very inviting environment for customers, plus a 20,000 SF warehouse which allows for ample inventory storage to meet customer demand. They utilize Managed Dealer Inventory (MDI) to ensure inventory efficiency and in turn benefit from sales growth and higher service levels. Furthermore, TRP Charleston uses Online Parts Counter (OPC) to allow their customers to order online 24/7 and create customer loyalty. TRP Charleston reported incredible OPC sales growth in April as the store’s sales staff saw the program as the perfect tool to help grow sales while adhering to social distancing guidelines.
