Scottsdale, Arizona – Peterbilt parts and service dealer The Larson Group (TLG) emerged top-performing at Peterbilt Motors Company's recent annual Dealer Meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona, earning the PACCAR MX Engine Dealer of the Year award and several individual dealership service honors.
The organization was recognized for its achievement in effectively communicating the PACCAR MX engine's many benefits and providing outstanding customer service to PACCAR MX customers throughout 2017.

The award, which was received after Peterbilt Motors Company acknowledged TLG reaching its 30-year anniversary in September 2017, marks another milestone for the organization as it continues to push growth, aggressive innovation and customer service.
According to Peterbilt Motors Company officials, organizations must meet evolving customer expectations and industry dynamics to receive this award, including being a market leader in dealerships open 24/7 and employing more than 100 certified PACCAR MX engine service technicians.
With the launch of their 24-hour service call center, TLG Guru, TLG reduced downtime and expedited service by improving communication between fleet owners and managers. In addition, TLG's 24-hour truck service reflects the company's most recent strategy to exceed customer needs. Recognizing the significant impact this program has made since its launch, TLG's Peterbilt locations Mid-America Peterbilt, Peterbilt of Springfield, Peterbilt of St. Louis, and Peterbilt of Fort Smith each received First Class Service Awards.
