Job Description

This position is responsible for leading and creating the organization’s branding, creative and design projects. Ensure marketing and communication pieces adhere to approved branding and voice to support company growth with the guidance of the Director of Marketing. Will support the development, implementation and execution of internal and employee communication. Provide support for and work with stakeholders on strategic external communication and messaging. Assist the Director of Marketing with project coordination and management. Perform other marketing duties as needed.

 

  • Create and oversee design projects and processes including: Print material including flyers, brochures, business cards, banners, etc. 
  • Sales material maintenance and creation
  • Advertisements
  • Design templates
  • Guide digital marketing team on digital design pieces to ensure brand cohesiveness and best practices. Provide any needed design training.
  • Work with stakeholders from concept to finish on design projects.
  • Assist Director of Marketing with day-to-day marketing department operation and coordinating incoming projects.
  • Assist with monitoring marketing email inbox.
  • Entering new projects into Asana, our project management platform
  • Oversee creative vision to maintain cohesive and consistent look on design projects:
      [li]Maintains our brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all creative pieces adhere to guidelines (new collateral, making sure all campaign pieces of a project are on brand)
  • Serve as a liaison for internal communication projects (employee stories, Intranet updates, recruiting support, employee recognition)
      [li]Communicate with stakeholders on their internal communication projects.
  • Oversee Intranet content and organization. Add/update content, keep graphics up to date, etc.
  • Supporting other departments with employee communication and recognition projects.
  • Contribute to and assist with oversight of external communications (email creation, design and scheduling).
      [li]Assist with email scheduling oversight.
  • Coordinate on corresponding design assets to ensure digital has necessary items.
  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve/streamline department processes and procedures:
      [li]Create and maintain documented procedures both for business continuity and marketing team training purposes.
  • Develop and maintain marketing training for TLG’s Employee LMS.
  • Perform digital marketing duties if workload demands and assist Director of Marketing as needed.
