Recognizing its superior commitment and support of the PACCAR MX engine, as well as service excellence, TLG was named top-performing at Peterbilt Motors Company’s annual Dealer Meeting.
Peterbilt trucks, parts and service dealer The Larson Group (TLG) emerged top-performing at Peterbilt Motors Company’s recent annual Dealer Meeting in San Diego, California, being named the PACCAR MX Engine Dealer of the Year award – its second consecutive earn.
The organization was recognized for its achievement in effectively communicating the engine’s many benefits and providing outstanding customer service to PACCAR MX customers. Roughly 60-percent of all Class 8 trucks sold by TLG throughout 2018 were powered by MX-13 engines.
More than 380 locations make up the Peterbilt Dealer Network throughout North America, and TLG President and CEO Glenn Larson is pleased with the honor.

According to Peterbilt Motors Company, a dealer group must meet evolving customer expectations and industry dynamics to receive the PACCAR MX Engine Dealer of the Year award, including being a market leader in dealerships open 24/7 and employing more than 100 certified PACCAR MX engine service technicians. Other considerations include a dealer’s expansive parts inventory, efficient uptime speed and customer feedback received.
